The October 19th meeting of the Board of Housing and Community Development (BHCD) will include a public hearing on the new Uniform Statewide Building Code, which includes major energy efficiency updates such as blower door testing and increased R-value for ceiling insulation. We encourage our members to attend the meeting and support these new updates.
